Seafood Expo Global

The Seafood Expo Global (SEG) in Brussels, Belgium is the world’s largest seafood trade show and is endorsed by USDA.  A total of 1,946 companies from 78 countries were exhibiting at this year’s exposition, an increase of 87 companies over 2017. 

The USA Pavilion at SEG was composed of four industry association pavilions: the Southern U.S. Trade Association (SUSTA), Food Export USA Northeast, Intertribal Agriculture Council and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI). In total, 44 U.S. exhibitors displayed their products in the USA Pavilion. As one of the show highlights, FAS The Hague, Food Export USA Northeast, and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) organized a U.S. Seafood Reception on the first day of the show. Several trade and media contacts attended the event.

The next Brussels Seafood Expo Global trade show is scheduled for May 7-9, 2019, in Brussels, Belgium.
