FAS Administrator Ken Isley opened the United States Pavilion at Sial, one of the world’s largest international food and beverage trade exhibitions  150 U.S. companies exhibited to introduce quality products to buyers around the world.  The following entities were represented in the U.S. Pavilion, organics and meat and poultry products hall: Representatives from the states of Florida, Illinois, and Michigan. Trade associations and state regional trading groups: Almond Board of California; American Egg Board; American Indian Foods – Intertribal Agriculture Council; USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council; USA Poultry & Egg Export Council; US Dry Bean Council; U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council; U.S. Meat Export Federation; The Food Institute; Food Export Northeast; Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA); Western United States Trade Association (WUSATA); and the National Association for Specialty Foods (NASFT).
