Chef Mary Sue Milliken (Border Grill Restaurant) and Chef Fergus Henderson (St. John Restaurant) hosted a dinner at the U.S. Embassy London. The campaign promotes the quality of U.S. products and to showcase which products are available in the UK. This campaign was funded by the Public Affairs Section and was put together by the Cultural Office in collaboration with FAS London.
Mary Sue visited a number of locations not only in London, but also in Wales. She took part in the Abergavenny Food Festival in Wales, conducted a sustainability supper club, did a cooking demonstration with cookery students at the University of West London and prepared a dinner for guests at the U.S. Embassy in London.
