One city, one motto, over 50 menus

Take a wild journey through the vibrant Berlin gastronomy scene: RoastTrip is this year’s motto, inspired by the country partner USA.

From 17 to 23 September, around seventy top Berlin restaurants will be presenting a USA-inspired City Menu – Stadtmenü. The principle is simple: each restaurant implements the motto RoastTrip with its own culinary language.  A good piece of meat, strong grill flavors, crisp fried vegetables; but also great freedom, creativity and maximum enjoyment – RoastTrip stands for all this. The participants in the City Menu are just as diverse as Berlin’s gastronomy landscape. From established hotel restaurants and Berlin classics to current new openings and well-known trendy shops – everything comes together.

The City Menu is supported by the United States of America and its partner companies US Beef and California Wines.

These 50 restaurants will be serving signature menus with U.S. beef and California Wines.
