Workshops co-organized by Bidfood Czech Republic and FAS Prague target Czech gastro industry professionals to educate them about less traditional and great value-for-money cuts of U.S. beef. Ribs, brisket, or chuck flap (the new cut to be shortly introduced to the Czech market) have a yummy, juicy flavor, easily comparable to classic steaks.
