USA Food Week at Westmister Kingsway College, United Kingdom

Westminster Kingsway Catering College will be holding a USA week in their fine dining restaurant “The Escoffier.” As part of this they are partnering with U.S. producers of American quality products that allows their students to not only work with products that normally they would not see and use but to learn about the products.
The menu in the Fine dining restaurant consists of 7 courses and is devised by the third year students and Simon Stocker the Senior Chef Lecturer in the Escoffier Kitchen.
