AgCounselor at New Forward Farm near Berlin

Kelly Stange, Agricultural Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, joined the opening of the new Bayer Forward Farm on September 1, 2017.  The “Agro-Farm GmbH Nauen” is located a few kilometers west from Berlin in Nauen, Brandenburg. The Forward Farm demonstrates new solutions for a more sustainable farming system. At the opening event, famer Dirk Peters showed visitors how he promotes bee health and biodiversity, as well as protecting the water resources on his farm.
