Ambassador Johnson visits New Covent Garden Fruit & Veg Market, United Kingdom

U.S. Ambassador Robert W. Johnson visited New Covent Garden Fruit & Vegetable Market to promote International Sweet Potato Week which takes place April 4-18, 2019.  The United Kingdom is the largest export market for U.S. sweet potatoes accounting for 35 percent ($66 million) of all U.S. sweet potato exports.
