U.S. Exhibitors Celebrated 100 Years of ANUGA

This year marked the 100th anniversary of the ANUGA trade show, which took place October 5-9, 2019, in Cologne, Germany.  ANUGA, held biennially, is the world’s largest and most important food and beverage fairs with over 7,590 exhibitors from 106 countries and 170,000 visitors from 201 countries.  155 companies participated in seven USA Pavilions at ANUGA 2019, with the largest U.S. presence in the Fine Foods Hall. The other USA Pavilions were found in the Meat & Poultry Hall, Organic, Frozen Food, Drinks, Dairy, Bread & Bakery and Chilled Food Halls. Together, all pavilions spanned a total of 3,046 m2 making it the largest USA Pavilion, by size, at any USDA-endorsed show.
