Berlin Restaurant Week, Germany

After last years great success partnering with Berlin Food Week to be their premier country partner, together with many cooperators – this year Food Export Northeast  is taking it up a notch to participate in the 2019 Berlin Stadtmenue with lobster from the Northeast of the United States. Restaurants all over the city will pair lobster and champagne to create menus for one week in October.

Last year’s Lobster Rumble event during Berlin Food Week proofed that lobster rolls were a new food trend in Berlin and this year already proofs that the trend is about to last.
