BIOFACH 2023

BIOFACH is the world’s leading trade show for organic food, held every year in Nuremburg, Germany. Traditionally, USDA endorses the USA Pavilion at the show.

Background Information
BIOFACH is the world’s leading international trade fair for organic food.

The 34^th annual BIOFACH trade show was held on February 14-17, 2023, in Nuremberg, Germany. The leading trade show for organic food has relaunched to its original date after a one-year break and another rescheduled show last year. BIOFACH gathered almost 36,000 quality buyers and trade visitors from around 135 countries, and a total of 2,765 exhibitors from 95 countries.

Visitors to the USA Pavilion found a wide variety of innovative organic products, including pistachios and dates, popcorn, nut spreads, mints, and sea salt.
