Food Ingredients Europe

Food ingredients Europe (Fi Europe) is the global meeting place for all stakeholders in the food ingredients industry. Fi Europe is held biennially in a major European city. More than 26,000 attendees from over 135 nations worldwide visited the show this year in Frankfurt. The show brings together the world’s leading food and beverage suppliers, research and development, production and marketing specialists and showcases the most diverse range of new and innovative ingredients and services.

Visitors to the USA Pavilion found a wide range of innovative products from the United States, including dried fruits and nuts, flavors, concentrates, gums, miso products, and sweeteners. The visit of Consul General, James Herman, to Fi Europe on November 29, 2017 to meet and greet U.S. exhibitors was a show highlight.
