Hamburg Restaurant Week, Germany

The Hamburg Stadtmenue will take place September 9-15. After last year’s great success of Restaurant Week (“Stadtmenue”) in Berlin, with the USA being the official Country Partner, FAS and the team around Berlin Food Week venture outside to bring this great concept to other cities in Germany. In Hamburg, restaurants will create a multi-course menu with the theme “Shell We Meat?”. Restaurants must creatively incorporate U.S. products into their menu, in particular Seafood from the Northeast and U.S. Beef.
