HORECA Baltic Promotion

FAS Warsaw and the leading importer for the Baltic markets co-organized a Latvian HORECA event in September 2017.   The activity focused on hospitality and culinary sectors.  Beef, fish and seafood, barbecue sauces, nuts (almonds, pecans) and dried fruit (cranberries, prunes), wine, bourbon, and frozen cheese cakes trended as the most popular items during this event.

       

The promotion was strengthened by a regional sales seminar “Quality and Variety of U.S. Products”, focusing on quality aspects of U.S. products, e.g. beef cuts, specialties from wine regions, innovative use of cranberries in baking sector, as well as health benefits of almonds.
