Romanian Buyers at Summer Fancy Food Show

FAS Bucharest led an eight-member Romanian buyers mission to the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show held in New York, June 25-27, 2017.  During the show, FAS Bucharest provided U.S. exhibitors with a market brief about challenges and opportunities in the Romanian market

As a result of this initiative, Romanian delegates were introduced to new U.S. products, met a broad array of U.S. exporters, and learned about new developments in the U.S. food and beverage industry.  Romanian delegates expressed particular interest in healthful snacks, ready-made meals, all-natural and organic products, and high-end confectionary products.  FAS Bucharest strategically selected mission delegates based on long-term sales potential.
