U.S. Beef Seminar at Auchan Retail Chain – Poland

FAS Warsaw, in partnership with Auchan Retail Chain Poland, and the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) organized a technical seminar on February 13, 2020 at Auchan’s meat department in Warsaw.

USMEF’s Beef Ambassador and world-known Chef John Cadieux carried out an on-hands demonstration presenting high quality, availability, diversity, and safety of U.S. beef.
