U.S. wine masterclass, Bulgaria

On November 23, 2019, FAS Sofia, in cooperation with the organizer of the annual DiVino Taste wine exposition, hosted ‘Discover California!’, a wine masterclass and promotion for nearly 80 wine professionals, importers, distributors, retailers, and HRI representatives. DiVino Taste is the largest wine event in Bulgaria and brings together over 6,000 wine experts and 75 exhibitors. The California Wine Institute supported the event by linking FAS Sofia with its wine Ambassador for Europe, Konstantin Baum, who presented two existing and six new-to-market U.S. wines. The event helped increase the awareness, enhance the knowledge, and improve the image among wine professionals of the high-quality U.S. wines currently available on Bulgarian market and the new ones presented.
