“Beyond Discovery” – Spirits of America

Beyond Discovery Spirits of America, a whiskey promotion that highlighted the versatility of U.S. spirits and educated the HRI sector about effective promotional techniques took place on September 19 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Highlights included, among other things, specialized tastings and mixology demonstrations for media. The evening was organized by FAS Sofia, in cooperation withfive Bulgarian U.S. whiskey importers.

The event showcased U.S. beverages already available and new-to-market American products in the competitive Bulgarian distilled spirits market.  Participants learned about the history of American whiskey, market information, whiskey making, and specifics of various brands.
