Kick-off Reception to Düsseldorf Restaurant Week, Germany

On Monday, July 1, Consul General Fiona Evans hosts the Kick-off Reception to Düsseldorf Restaurant Week, which will take place September 9-15. After great success of Restaurant Week (“Stadtmenue”) in Berlin, with the USA being the official Country Partner, FAS and the team around Berlin Food Week venture outside to bring this great event to other cities in Germany. In Düsseldorf, restaurants will create a multi-course menu with the theme “So(fish)ticated”. Restaurants must creatively incorporate U.S. products into their menu, in particular Alaska Seafood and California wine.
